Ultrasound!

After keeping it secret for 20 weeks. We finally decided that is was time to tell everyone that we are having another baby. That and I am showing now. We are way excited! Tanner, thats right we are having a boy, is due November 5. I had my ultrasound a couple of weeks ago. These pictures are not the greatest but they work. I was very lucky and was not very sick. Which was wonderful. We are very grateful and excited to have another baby join our family.

Diaper Changing

I was sitting at the computer the other day while Sabrinna was playing on the floor next to me. I looked over to find her wiping a stuffed animal and then trying to put a diaper on her. I did help her get the diaper on but she was the one to instigate the activity. So cute!

Many Fashions

We found a pair of cowboy boots and then needed to dress the part. The only thing missing is a cowgirl hat. My mom was given an apron because she is changing schools and going to work at AF as a caveman. I couldn't help but put it on her and see how she looked.

Lets go Jeepin'

Grandma Michelle got Sabrinna her very own 4-wheeler. Its a battery powered 4-wheeler that goes about 2 miles a hour. Sabrinna has had lots of fun playing on it. The minute we got it out of the box she was trying to play with it and was very frustrated that she had to wait for the battery to charge.

Puddle Jummping :)

Steve and I have a passion for four wheeling. With all the rain we have gotten lately we knew that we could find some fun roads to jeep on... lots of mud and puddles. We went up into the foothills of Alpine and sure enough found some fun! We had a blast driving through the puddles. By the end our white jeep was a light brown because of all the dirty water. Its glorified puddle jumping!

Time with Daddy!

Steve has been in Mississippi for the last two weeks doing some training with the Army. Sabrinna did very well while he was away. She would say "daddy" and put her hands up making the gesture as to 'where is he'. He got home last Friday and Sabrinna has loved spending time with him. She also loves to help mow the lawn. Steve put her on the lawn mower and they proceed to enjoy there time together. It was getting to be nap time for Sabrinna but she still wanted to be with Daddy. Sabrinna started falling asleep on his lap. It was very cute!

Love of Books!

I think every mother likes to see there kids enjoy books and stories. I was doing dishes the other day and turned around to see Sabrinna sitting on the floor with books all around her. She loves to look at the pictures and turn the pages all by herself.

Beauty Stylings of Aunt Theora

Our routine for getting ready for bed includes a bath almost every night. Aunt Theora moved home a couple of weeks ago and wanted to have some fun. She tried to make Sabrinnas hair look like Wolverine off of Xmen, Alfalfa from Little Rascals, and then finally The Little Mermaid "dingalhopper" gone wild. Sabrinna seemed to enjoy having her hair played with even though her face says other wise.

Making Bread

A couple of weeks ago I decided to make some bread. We keep our flour in a big bucket. I knew that if Sabrinna got to it that flour would be all over the place. So I set the bucket on the counter and went about making the bread. As I started to clean up the mess I set the bucket on the flour. As you know it only takes a couple of seconds for something to happen. In the time I set the flour bucket on the flour and wiped off the counter Sabrinna had dumped about 2-3 cups of flour on the floor. Just as predicted. She was really cute and helped me clean it up with her own special broom. I however have learned my lesson as where to and not to put the flour.

Easter

For Easter this year we thought it would be fun to go to the local Easter Egg Hunts. Well after some research I found out that Highland cities hunt was at 9am and that Alpines was at 10am so we participated in both cities festivities. Steve was coaching Sabrinna before the hunts began about picking the eggs up. As the egg hunt began Sabrinna set out, with help of course, to the first egg. As she approached the egg she just stood there...Steve started saying, "Don't freeze up, its right there just reach down and pick it up." It was really funny as she just looked at us like what do you think I am a fool! We all had a good time and later had a small hunt in the backyard as well with her cousin.

Where's Sabrinna?

We came upon owning a lot of stuffed animals. We set them all up and let Sabrinna play with them but first can you find her? Okay its not that hard but its still a lot of animals!

Brad and Rodney!

Steve got some pretty cheap tickets to the Brad Paisley and Rodney Atkins concert off of Ebay. Steve took his sister Kellie. They had an awesome time... and still take about it.
